Cobalt(II)-complex modified Ag electrode for efficient and selective electrochemical reduction of CO2 to CO

摘要
The functionalization of silver surface with cobalt (II)-complexes allows to build functional electrodes for efficient electrolysis CO2 reduction to CO. The interplays between surface ligands and the multiple constituents of the electrocatalytic interface are critical to improve catalytic performance during CO2 electrolysis, which would provide new opportunities for construction and design of high-efficient catalysts toward CO2 reduction.
