Designing enhancements for App-based cab services to the commuters during COVID-19 era: a new normal solution on Indian scenario

In the COVID-19-impacted world, life has almost come to a standstill. The primary reason is the social distancing constraints that have been imposed on cab bookings, local shops, and restaurants. Here, the authors provide a possible solution through a mobile application to integrate multiple features required by people to make themselves comfortable in these "new normal" conditions. The application provides the perfect solution for organizations like the Airport Authority of India or any similar organization to resume their business and thrive in this period. All the said facilities are separately provided by many companies that earn a huge profit, while the Airport Authority does not see profits. To trade-off all these things, the authors have deployed a solution that can give all the required support required by the commuters while travelling via airplane; at the same time, the Airport Authority also gets due profits by providing facilities to the commuters while maintaining social distancing amidst COVID-19 risk prediction.
