摘要
•A novel fabrication strategy used to systematically rise the interlayer distance in MoS2 and adjustable content of 1T phase MoS2.•The synthesized 1T/2H-MoS2/NH4+-200 contains highly conductive 1T phase MoS2.•1T/2H-MoS2/NH4+-200 required just 159.9 mV to attain 10 mA cm−2 with a low Tafel slope (55.5 mV dec-1).
