A self-adaptive exception adjustment approach of multi-core value nets in industry alliance

Due to the dynamic and complex nature of the manufacturing environment, unpredictable exceptions such as resource changes (e.g. equipment failures) are more common, which will lead to a break in the value chain. In this context, how to dynamically adapt the value chain to these changes is the key to improving the stability of the value chain. Most exception handling problems in actual manufacturing environment are multi-task problems that require considering dynamic factors. Otherwise, the adjusted optimization scheme will still deviate significantly from the actual situation. However, the problem of exception handling in such multi-task scenarios has rarely been studied. Thus, a multi-core value net exception adaptive adjustment (MVNEAA) model is developed in this paper, which considers the exception adjustment of cross nodes under multi-task parallelism in industry alliances. First, based on the analysis of the multi-core value net exception problem, an adaptive optimization framework of multi-core value net containing three stages of dynamic construction, dynamic sensing and dynamic adjustment is proposed. Second, for the exception adjustment of cross nodes in the multi-core value net, following the principle of minimizing the adjustment range, a progressive adjustment method from single-point to multi-point and single-level to multi-level is proposed. Subsequently, the adaptive dynamic ant colony optimization (AD-ACO) algorithm containing three improvements of adaptive chaos disturbance, dynamic evaporation coefficient and load evaluation factor is proposed for the dynamic nature of MVNEAA model. Numerical experiments and application examples verify that the proposed AD-ACO algorithm outperforms other algorithms. The MVNEAA model enables continuous optimization and adaptive adjustment of multi-core value net operations from a global perspective based on dynamic constraints in multi-task parallel environment. This greatly enhances the robustness of multi-core value net operation.
