对药也称"药对",是中医临床遣方用药常见的配伍形式,是遵循中药的相须相使、相恶相反等配伍原则制定的相对固定、起相反相成作用的药物组合,最为让人熟知的当属"施今墨药对"[1].杨发贵在对对药的认识基础上,通过总结临床经验及研读《伤寒杂病论》提出了"角药"的新概念,其定义是以三味药搭配形成的独立组方或作为组主的主要部分,其核心特征为"三足鼎立、互为犄角"[2].
