Abstract
王茂生根据多年临证经验,发现目前男性不育症的病机主要表现为肝肾亏虚为本、湿热内蕴为标,在四物汤、六味地黄汤等滋补肝肾药物的基础上配伍大剂量黄连清化湿热,并通过与砂仁、巴戟天、玄参等健脾坚肾之品巧妙组合,可达到滋补肝肾、清化湿热之效.其处方用药量大力专、配伍巧妙、尊古而不泥古,独具特色,疗效显著.
