Abstract
当前,我国很多城市已不同程度开展城市MaaS建设与应用示范,但由于国内外尚缺乏针对MaaS体系建设与运营服务模式等的规范化界定,使得各地在推动MaaS平台建设发展过程中仍面临"如何建设、如何运营、如何管理"等普遍性难题.本文系统梳理了淮安城市交通发展现状,研究设计了淮安智慧出行MaaS平台应用体系,探索分析了淮安MaaS平台运营模式,以期为全国同类型城市提供可复制可推广的样板,推动MaaS平台建设及运营服务体系的规范化.
