摘要
Video S1. Patient at age 17 years before DBS; he has severe generalized dystonia with continuous dystonic movement at rest and prominent trunk involvement exacerbated by walking. After DBS at 3-year follow-up, mobile dystonia at rest and trunk dystonia are considerably reduced. Laryngeal dystonia is evident on speech. At 15-year follow-up DBS efficacy on trunk and mobile dystonia is still evident, although less prominent, and laryngeal dystonia persisted.
