文章基于调查高速公路建设期由质保资料所形成的电子文件缺乏真实性及可追溯性、存在造假嫌疑等问题,分析质保资料真实性取决于施工原始资料,通过划分施工原始资料的类型,构建原始资料保障体系,提出施工原始资料管控措施,确保电子文件来源可靠.
