Abstract
“心衰”为现代医学心力衰竭的简称,中医古籍中已经出现“心衰”二字,本文通过探讨古籍中“心衰”最早出现的年代及具体含义,比较其与现代心力衰竭的异同.从症状、体征、病史等的相似性方面对古代文献进行溯源,以期更加准确地反映古代中医学对现代疾病的认识.
