摘要
Perovskite Solar Cells In article number 2204726, Juan-Pablo Correa-Baena and co-workers demonstrate the thermal instability of the bulky-cation interface layers used in state-of-the-art halide perovskite solar cells. Under thermal stress, the interface reconstructs, impacting charge-carrier dynamics and device operation. Characterization of bulky-cation interfaces before and after annealing to drive the selection of bulky cations toward efficient and stable devices is proposed.
