A Bioinspired Gelatin–Amorphous Calcium Phosphate Coating on Titanium Implant for Bone Regeneration (Adv. Healthcare Mater. 20/2023)
Advanced Healthcare Materials(2023)
Abstract
Titanium Implants In article 2203411 by Helmut Cölfen, Zuolin Wang, and co-workers, a facile method to fabricate Gel-ACP (gelatin-amorphous calcium phosphate) coatings on titanium is demonstrated, providing a promising strategy to mimic the initial bone biological apatite and thus obtaining a rapid bone formation at the interface of bone and implant.
