Impact de la pneumopathie au nouveau coronavirus sur la grossesse, l’accouchement et le nouveau-ne:

Introduction : la COVID-19 constitue une pandemie. La transmission verticale de cette pathologie n’est pas clairement etablie. L’objectif de cette etude etait de decrire l’issue de la grossesse et de l’accouchement chez une gestante atteinte de COVID-19.Observation : il s’est agi d’une gestante âgee de 34 ans atteinte de pneumopathie au nouveau coronavirus. L’evolution a ete favorable sous chloroquine et azithromycine marquee par un accouchement a terme et par voie basse d’un enfant de poids normal et ayant un bon etat clinique. La RTPCR realisee chez l’enfant est negatif.Conclusion : L’infection au nouveau coronavirus n’a eu aucun impact negatif sur le deroulement de la grossesse et l’accouchement. La transmissionverticale de la COVID-19 n’a pas ete observee.ABSTRACTIntroduction: COVID-19 constitutes a pandemic. The vertical transmission of this pathology is not clearly established. The objective of this study was to describe the outcome of pregnancy and childbirth in a pregnant woman with COVID-19.Observation: This was a 34-year-old pregnant woman with novel coronavirus pneumonia. The evolution was favorable with chloroquine and azithromycin marked by a term and vaginal delivery of a child of normal weight and in good clinical condition. The RTPCR performed in children isnegative.Conclusion: Infection with the novel coronavirus had no negative impact on the course of pregnancy and childbirth. Vertical transmission of COVID-19 has not been observed.
