摘要
Abstract Electron-nuclear double resonance (ENDOR) experiment has been employed on undoped GD a-Si:H films before and after isochronal annealings. ENDOR signals are characterized by two different types of spectra depending on annealing temperature. It has been demonstrated through the analyses of ENDOR as well as ESR and NMR that the dangling bonds are coupled mainly with hydrogens in the broad component of NMR for high spin-density range, while those with the narrow component for low spin-density range.
