Non-spherical core collapse supernovae and nucleosynthesis

Recent measurements of two-body Branching Ratios for pp and pd annihilations at rest are reviewed, with an emphasis on the consistency of the data and possible discrepancies. Their use for determining the probability for P-state annihilation as a function of target density is discussed and the results of a recent analysis of pp data are presented. These results also show clear evidence for the presence of dynamical selection rules.
