Специфика взаимодействия общественных организаций и системы государственного и муниципального управления

The article consideres the place and role of nonprofit civic organizations in the development and improvement of state and municipal management system. It is noted that population self-organization and their ability to interact at the level of coordination of socially significant goals is one of the essential characteristics of modern civil society. Non-profit organizations (NGOs), or non-governmental organizations, shape public opinion and represent the area of interaction of interests of individuals, social groups and the state. The interaction is supported by the processes of self-organization, realized by local government. On the base of conducted research the following conclusion is made: positive trend is observed in the relations between NGOs and the authorities.
