Abstract
甲状腺嗜酸细胞癌(Hurthle cell cancer,HCC)亦称Hurthle细胞癌,临床较少见.吉林大学第一医院甲状腺外科于2013年9月诊治1例,报道如下.1 临床资料女,65岁,2年前因“右侧甲状腺腺瘤”就诊于东丰县医院,因术中出血,行“甲状腺部分切除术”,1年来发现右颈部肿物迅速增大,并出现呼吸困难.病程中无心慌、气短、多汗、易怒等症状,无吞咽困难及声音嘶哑. 关键词：Hurthle细胞癌;嗜酸细胞癌;甲状腺
