NHS Scotland’s vision for nursing

NHS Scotland is nearing the end of a project to develop a 2030 Vision for Nursing, but there is still time for healthcare professionals to contribute. The aims of the project are to: » Draw up a strategy to maximise the nursing contribution to health and well-being. » Set out what nursing should look like by 2030. » Highlight what nurses do well and what needs to change.
