Study on quality standard for Chuanlong Guci Granule

OBJECTIVE To establish quality standard of Chuanlong Guci Granule.METHODS TLC was used to distinguish the dioscorea nipponia and barbary wovfberry fruit of Chuanlong Guci Granule.The RP-HPLC method was used to quantitative analysis the icariin of Chuanlong Guci Capsule.RESULTS This method of qualitative distinguish was accurate and sensitive,within the range of 0.2795～4.472μg,icariin presented a fine linear relationship between amount and peak area(r=0.9999).The recovery was 100.79%,RSD was 1.47%(n=5).CONCLUSION This method was credibility,accurate,sensitive and can be applied to the quality control of the Chuanlong Guci Granule
