Design and Simulation of 3D Display and Tracking for Aircraft

3Ddisplay and tracking of aircraft is an important field that dynamic scene simulation can be applied to.In this article,a 3D scene simulation platform is built utilizing Multigen Creator/Vega modeling and simulation software.The geometrical model of aircrafts were modeled first,the gridding model of the environments were also built.The aircraft model was finally loaded dynamically into the environment model using coordinate transformation.The proposed platform achieved real-time 3Dtracking of aircrafts,and the simulation results are satisfying,which can provide experience for developing similar scene simulation systems.
