Study on the application of high precision gravity survey in detecting mined-out areas of gold mines

In order to locate mined-out areas in gold mines and place a curb on its hidden hazard, through laying out two high precision gravity survey sections of the 1 : 100 scale in the research area, with Canadian Scintrex Corporation's CG-SAutoGrav gravimeter, the gravity anomaly data are measured by the high precision gravity survey method for the first time, and the inversion is made by the Euler deconvolution method to determine the collapse of the mined-out region and the stable sector. Our results indicate that the application of high precision gravity survey in the gold mine mined out area is effective, and the explanation of gravity anomaly data by the Euler deconvolution method is fast and highly effective with few artificial intervention.
