"互联网+教育"信息化的快速发展趋势,促进了高校专业课程的数字化教学改革.分析了高校食品类专业"食品感官评定"课程中存在的教学问题,从教学目标、教学资源、教学内容、考核方式等方面提出了基于微课的课程设计,并制订了课堂设计方案,为高校线上线下混合式教学模式的构建提供参考.
