Abstract
患者,男,33 岁.右侧前胸壁浸润性斑块 10 年,增生 1 年.组织病理诊断隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤(dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans,DFSP).术前予以行强化MRI判断肿瘤侵袭深度,高频超声辅助判断肿瘤边缘,两种影像学检查联合完成术前评估.排除手术禁忌后予以行改良慢Mohs显微描记手术(slow modified Mohs micrographic surgery,smMMS)切除肿瘤,中厚皮植皮修复创面,术后恢复可,无术后并发症.
