帕金森病不同靶点脑深部电刺激术的疗效研究进展

Abstract
帕金森病(Parkinson's disease,PD)是一种慢性进行性神经退行性疾病.研究证明了脑深部电刺激术(deep brain stimulation,DBS)对晚期PD患者是有效治疗方法.PD的DBS靶点有很多,其中包括丘脑底核(STN)、苍白球(GPi)、丘脑腹中间核(VIM)、桥脑脚核(PPN)、后丘脑底区(PSA)和无定带(ZI).本文归纳了各靶点在DBS治疗PD中的疗效,不仅对运动性症状作出系统分析对比,且对于非运动性症状的疗效也作出详细说明,为PD患者在DBS选择合适目标靶点提供个性化治疗依据.
