摘要
•POSS-derived Ni@SiO2/C was fabricated for the first time.•The synthesis process was facile and green.•The RLmin of − 58.5 dB and EAB of 8.0 GHz were achieved at an ultra-low filling ratio of 3 %.•The Ni@SiO2/C has radar-infrared bi-modal stealth functions.
