Abstract
To solve the problem of poor localization accuracy when the Distance Vector-Hop(DV-Hop) algorithm is applied to indoor environment with complex structure, an indoor localization algorithm based on anchor node set is proposed. First, a preliminary judgment is made on whether anchor nodes are suitable to participate in the localization of unknown nodes by the tortuosity factor. Then, a fitness function is employed to evaluate the localization error for more accurate estimated coordinates. Simulation results show that for different indoor topologies, the proposed algorithm enhances the localization accuracy by 40% to 60% compared with the DV-Hop algorithm.
