Abstract
In the vehicle heat pump air-conditioning compressor system, the compressor load will change with the environment, resulting in the inaccurate positioning of the conventional startup method at the predetermined phase of the starting process, causing the compressor starting torque to fluctuate or even fail the start. By analyzing the starting process of the heat pump air conditioning compressor under different working conditions, this paper proposes a hybrid starting strategy based on the combination of high-frequency injection positioning and constant current frequency ratio (I/F) starting, aiming at the problem that the inaccurate starting positioning of the heat pump air conditioning compressor system with I/F leads to system jitter, starting torque fluctuation and then leads to starting failure. The simulation results show that the algorithm can solve the problem of starting failure of the heat pump compressor under high load. The starting torque fluctuation under normal working conditions is reduced by 70%, making the starting of the heat pump air-conditioning compressor more stable and the starting process more smooth.
