Abstract
Development of miniature and high-power vacuum electron devices as sources of coherent millimeter and THz radiation is one of the promising tasks for modern science and technology. Such devices can be applied as radiation sources in modern wireless high-data rate communication systems. This work is concerned with the development of multiple-tunnel meander-line slow-wave structure (SWS) for miniature V-band traveling-wave tube (TWT).
