Continuous disinfection and sterilization system based on ultra-strong ultraviolet electrodeless lamp

Microwave driven electrodeless ultraviolet lamps are widely used in industrial and medical fields. However, the ultraviolet intensity of traditional ultraviolet lamps is uneven, and the service life of ultraviolet lamps is not long. In this paper, a new type of electrodeless ultraviolet lamp driven by microwave is proposed, which greatly improves the ultraviolet irradiance and can realize high-efficiency disinfection and sterilization. Based on the electromagnetic theory and Drude model, the electromagnetic simulation of the reaction chamber was carried out, and the experimental device was successfully built. The influence of internal fillers and other factors on the ultraviolet irradiation intensity was discussed through experiments.
