摘要
Metasurfaces consist of two-dimensional distributions of subwavelength meta-atoms that can be used to effectively manipulate the amplitude, phase and polarization of the scattered light [1]. The significant advantage of using metasurface for holography is multiplexing, where different information can be encoded into the light property, for example using different wavelengths, polarizations, angular momenta, and propagation directions [2]. This capability is particularly useful for functional applications such as encryption and display [3]–[5]. It has been demonstrated that flexible metasurfaces can be used to encode and retrieve information when applied conformally to non-flat surfaces [6]. In this contribution, we present the design, fabrication, and characterization of flexible and conformable metasurfaces that display different images as the shape of the target substrate assumes different curvatures [7].
