Simulation of temperature field and deformation in laser-arc hybrid additive manufacturing

In this paper, the temperature field, stress field and deformation of the laser arc hybrid heat source additive manufacturing process were simulated by using Simufact Welding software. The transverse and interlaminar equivalent stresses and deformation laws of different cladding layers are analyzed, and the influence of process parameters on deformation is analyzed. The results show that the deformation of the center and both sides of the substrate after cooling is large, and the overall shape is “ $\mathrm{W}$ ”; According to the longitudinal physical field, the local stress decreases near the heat source, and the maximum deformation occurs at the side away from the end heat source; Through the analysis of the laws of physical field between layers, it can be seen that the equivalent stress is concentrated on the bottom layer. Due to the accumulation of deformation, the deformation is concentrated on the top layer, and the temperature part has three times of remelting.
