Multi-objective Optimization Method of Electric and Hydrogen Energy System Considering Uncertain Scenarios

In recent years, the integrated energy system (IES) with hydrogen storage is developing rapidly in China, Due to the uncertainty of renewable energy output, how to effectively deal with the impact of such uncertainty is crucial for highly flexible IES. This paper proposes a multi-objective optimization method for the electric-hydrogen integrated energy system (EHIES) under uncertain scenarios. Firstly, the structure of the EHIES with hydrogen fuel vehicles is introduced, and the scenarios of wind and solar power output limitations are provided. Then, the optimization model of the EHIES considering operating costs, energy loss rate and carbon emissions is developed, and the multi-objective optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm is used to solve the system optimization operation scheme under uncertain scenarios. Finally, study results are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed optimization method for the economic operation of the EHIES.
