Distributed Dispatch Strategy of Active Distribution Network Considering Multi-stakeholder Participation

Faced with a large number of distributed generations belonging to different stakeholders connected to the distribution network, the traditional centralized dispatch mode was no longer applicable due to the privacy of the operating parameter of each distributed generation. Therefore, the adaptive dispatch method has been paid more and more attention. This paper proposes a distributed dispatch strategy for active distribution network considering the participation of multi-stakeholders. The strategy is aimed to localize supply and demand, share responsibility for power balance, and reduce dependence on the superior power grid. In this strategy, the spinning reserve capacity which is utilized to maintain the power balance of the distribution network is preferentially provided by the controllable distributed generation inside the distribution network. A spinning reserve capacity allocation scheme considering the participation intention of controllable distributed generations is proposed to realize the strategy. Finally, the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed strategy are verified by the experiment network.
