摘要
With the occurrence of power outages induced by extreme events, a distribution system restoration (DSR) strategy considering power resource selection and dispatch is demonstrated. Stationary resources like energy storage systems (ESSs) and renewable distributed generators (DGs) including photovoltaic panels (PPs) and wind turbines (WTs), mobile resources like mobile emergency generators (MEGs) are taken into account to jointly restore the distributed system. ESSs and MEGs with their ancillary facilities are selectable. The minimum cost, which is comprised of interrupting the power supply, purchasing, constructing, and maintaining the selectable power amenity is expected to achieve. The polygon-based linearization method is applied to reshape the model into a mixed integer linear programming (MILP) form, which immensely prompts the resolution by the existing solvers. The numerical results derived from the test on the revised IEEE 37 node test feeder substantiate the validity and viability of the scheme providing operators with an elaborate restoration plan before outages take place.
