Multi-Dimensional Benefit Evaluation of Electro-Hydrogen Coupling System Considering RSOC Integration

Under the goal of “double carbon”, China vigorously develops renewable energy. In view of the absorption problem after high permeability access of new energy power generation, traditional energy storage technology is restricted by capacity, geographical location and other factors, a centralized reversible solid oxide fuel cell (RSOC) electric-hydrogen coupling system is proposed to absorb excess wind and solar energy by reversible solid oxide fuel cells. In this paper, a centralized RSOC electro-hydrogen coupling system and a capacity configuration model for RSOC considering performance attenuation are proposed. Then, according to the characteristics of the electric- hydrogen coupling system, the whole life cycle multi-dimensional evaluation system is constructed to evaluate the feasibility of the system. Finally, an example analysis proves that the addition of RSOC can improve the energy efficiency, economy and environment of the original renewable energy system. At the same time, the investment sensitivity and sensitivity analysis of RSOC are carried out. The results show that the unit capacity cost of battery is an important factor restricting the efficient and economical operation of the system.
