Abstract
Nonlinear optical structures based on V 2 O 3 films on Al 2 O 3 substrate were synthesized by laser ablation. Sample placed in the nitrogen filling cryostat with optical windows have operated in temperature T=70-300 K. It was irradiated by nanosecond laser pulses at wavelength of 4.8 mkm. Reduction pulse energy of 350 mkJ obtained experimentally at T=140 K have exceeded 22 times.
