Research on a Whole Scheme of Intelligent Air Switch Communication for Power Distribution Room

The intelligent miniature air switch integrates control and multiple protection functions. The air switch is widely used for AC and DC equipment power supply, operation circuit control, short circuit control, fault isolation, etc. in the ring network box and distribution room. It plays an important role in the power grid field. This paper analyzes and compares various bus technologies applicable to the intelligent air switch communication of the ring-network box based on the actual scenario of the ring-network box. From the perspective of economy, feasibility and practicality, Lora and Powebus (two bus) bus technologies are selected, supplemented by carrier and RS485 bus technologies, to realize the overall solution of the intelligent miniature air switch communication.
