Construction Method of C2 Organization Based on Holonic Control Theory and Quantum Approximation Optimization Algorithm

The Holonic control theory is introduced into the structure construction process of Command and Control (C2) organization, and the relationship between the basic Holon unit and each Holon unit in Holonic-C2 organization is proposed. On this basis, the Holonic-C2 organizational structure based on Holonic theory is constructed. Holonic-C2 organization's construction process is proposed. Through structural decoupling, we improved the agile adaptability of the C2 organizational structure. In the end, we proposed a combinatorial optimization solution idea based on quantum approximation optimization algorithm.
