摘要

A fiber-capillary fusion coupling technology based on fused tapered is proposed, and fiber pressure sensor with high sensitivity, high resolution and low lag error is realized by using small diameter fiber and FBG temperature compensation. The developed sensor can measure extremely high temperature and pressure.
