Abstract
In this paper, we design one-dimensional magneto-metasurface for THz isolator application. We consider three types of surface patterns consist of InSn and SiO 2 as basic structures and their structural parameters are optimized using genetic algorithm (GA). In this optimization, frequency domain finite element method (FD-FEM) with periodic boundary condition is employed as a numerical simulation method and objective function for two objectives is proposed for realizing high backward transmission and forward rejection.
