Abstract
We characterize an Er/Yb:glass laser frequency comb for precision metrology of atomic clocks and demonstrate a fractional frequency instability < 10 −8 at 1-s averaging and a 10 GHz phase noise < -110 dBc/Hz at a 1 Hz offset.
