Abstract
Electric Vehicles are booming nowadays because of their excellent performance compared to Fuel based Vehicles. A Modified three port DC-DC Converter has been presented for Electric Vehicles. The Proposed converter comprises Boost and SEPIC Converter which can be operated either by Photovoltaic Cell or Battery. The converter is simulated in an open loop and the ripple content is compared with the many other converter. The proposed converter outperforms the existing converter and is taken for further analysis in closed loop with source disturbance. Also, the time domain parameters have been compared in closed loop analysis. The Simulation analysis is given and it is validated with Hardware Implementation.
