Numerical modeling and simulation play an important role in the prediction and analysis of optical radiation pressure force (RPF). However, the structural complexity of multimer objects will increase the computational complexity. In this paper, an efficient numerical modeling method based on the finite element method (FEM) and the fast compressed matrix algorithm is developed to analyze optical radiation pressure force. For nano multimer objects, it has been verified that the algorithm proposed in this paper has shorter computational time, compared with traditional iterative solving methods.
