SummaryWe have developed an improved ensemble atomic timescale to allow hydrogen masers to be used in ensemble calculations. The improved method was shown to be capable of keeping the time difference from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) to within 1 ns over 200 days when appropriate initial data is used.
