Abstract
For the power devices in the charging pile, taking effective cooling measures can promote the normal performance of the machine. At present, the main way of heat dissipation of the charging pile is forced air cooling. The forced air cooling fan uses the fan to dissipate heat, and uses the external forced power provided by the fan to make the air flow and take away the heat generated by the system. However, during the heat dissipation process of the fan, large noise pollution will be generated due to factors such as fan blade rotation. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of four methods to reduce the heat dissipation noise of the charging pile: installing fan muffler,) optimizing the number of fans and cooling ducts, optimizing the power module loss based on SiC devices, and new metal solid liquid phase change heat dissipation methods. Taking a charging station as an example, the design measures for ventilation and noise reduction are proposed, which can effectively meet the environmental requirements.
