UAV Detection and Identification Based on Radio Frequency Using Transfer Learning

Due to the increasing threat posed by drones, detection and identification of drones attract wide research attention. In this paper, a detection and identification method based on UAV RF signals is proposed. Firstly, the signal is sampled using compressed sensing. Then wavelet transform is used to extract the features of the signal. Finally transfer learning is used for classification. We conduct experiment on RF drone dataset, the experimental results show that our method has good detection and recognition performance. We also compare the performance of our method and other methods on the same dataset, the results show that our method is superior.
