Generators’ strategic bidding behaviors in deregulated electricity markets have been generally studied. However, market operators' abilities to identify and manage market power is gradually improved. This paper proposed a simulation framework around market power simulation, identification. The dynamic balance of market power identifications and strategic bidding behaviors has been studied through simulations.
