摘要
This paper describes the development of a system that enables the detection of aspiration by analyzing transmission videos obtained through video fluoroscopic (VF) examination of swallowing. The presence of aspiration will be determined by tracking swallowed items in VF examination videos provided by the hospital. The specific technique is to track food products using frame subtraction method. e amount of that tracked food flowing into the esophagus or trachea is visualized by using the number of pixels in the food portion. As a result, when the amount of food flowing into the esophagus and trachea was analyzed separately, it was possible to visualize food flowing into the tracheal side only in the case of aspiration patients.
