Design of TCAS Signal Generation Module Based on ZIF Architecture

This paper presents an airborne traffic collision avoidance system (TCAS) testing stimulus generation module based on the zero intermediate frequency (ZIF) transceiver architecture. Data correction algorithms and intrusion signal simulation techniques are discussed. According to the requirement of TCAS scenario simulations, Multiple intrusion signals with horizontal and vertical dynamic characteristics can be generated. Compared with classic signal simulation solutions, the proposed module has the advantages of high integration, high reusability and low cost, and can meet the requirement of internal field testing of airborne TCAS devices, which has a broad application prospect.
