Current Mirror (CM) circuit has filled in as the huge building thwart in fundamental circuit plot coming to fruition to the introduction of incorporated circuits. In this paper, a high impedance CM which is self one-sided instead of using biasing circuit is proposed. The power supply of the proposed circuit is diminished from 0.8V to 0.5V this lessened voltage supply brings out less power dispersal. In the proposed circuit the issue of befuddling of VDS on info and yield is resolved and is particularly moved forward. Data transfer capacity is furthermore enhanced of this circuit. The DC current blunder is in like manner constrained. The development used to complete the proposed circuit is 0.18μm. The circuit is reproduced using Cadence Design Environment in the UMC 0.18μm CMOS innovation.
